They pull permits for and do major construction/repairs to rip up residential streets for the weeks of Christmas and New Years starting at 7:30am, blocking off the street, and using heavy equipment. They’ve disturbed dozens of families during a time of rest with little to no consideration and messed with family gatherings. One of the most inconsiderate companies that is meant to service the public.
We had a strange, slow water "leak" where the end of our driveway meets the street. Also, my husband found the water meter (on the sidewalk, not on our property) submerged in water, yesterday. I left a message for Golden State this AM. They called back to discuss the issue, & a technician was here a few hours later. Michael was so nice! Very professional, but friendly.
