Update: One of their doctors abandoned his patients this month May 2018 despite contract good though end of May 2018. Staff don't know his whereabouts. Clinic shutdown May 31, 2018. Worst clinic ever. The doctor does not listen or understand issues without the patient having to repeat issues again and again. Takes an hour from appointment time before actually seen by doctor. I'd give 0 stars if possible. First, my PCP left their practice and nobody bothered to let me know. I went in person to figure out what happened, and not only they acknowledged that no notifications were issued but my record was deleted. I decided to make an appointment with another physician as I was already there, and they had just updated my insurance information. I would give zero stars. What kind of urgent care doesn't answer the phone or even have a message center. When I finally got through I was promised a call back. Never got one. Horrible help!
This clinic became my main clinic when it first opened and it’s always the same problem with them. I’m forced to wait a long time before I get seen. I had an appointment for a physical at 9:15 and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours, it’s a joke. I don’t understand why it’s takes 2 hours to get seen for a physical. The doctor always tells me there’s nothing wrong with me but yet I’m in pain. Afer taking medication that didn’t help me at all, I always have to come back with the same pain.
