This was my first time booking a limo, and I sought a great deal for a trip to Napa for my birthday. I contacted Golden State Transportation's dispatch office, and they were very helpful and prompt in making my reservation. I honestly thought I'd already rated this company. We have used Golden State Transportation many time for rides to and from SFO and OAK. Our experiences have all been great and with no issues. One time, after making my online reservation, they called to confirm if I might want to leave a bit earlier, in case if traffic issues. We did and there was an accident and traffic on our route. Always head of schedule by my door waiting for me. Drivers friendly and easy to work with and very helpful in my carryon. I hear they will service for Napa Valley winery too.
