My water heater went out on the Friday night (of course!) before Thanksgiving and I immediately filed a claim with American Home Shield. The plumber assigned was Golden State Plumbing. The rep I spoke with had the estimate for a new water heater in to the insurance company first thing Monday morning, expediting the entire process.
