Extremely disappointed with the service. The technician cut open multiple sections of my garage wall to inspect a suspected leak and assured me the wall would be patched the following day. I agreed to the work based on that assurance. Only after the inspection was complete and the walls had already been opened was I told that my home protection company would have to send someone else to perform the repair. Called Golden State because we thought we had a leak. Jimmy came to our home and checked for leaks and checked our drainage. All checked out. Jimmy was very professional and kind. He explained everything in detail which I truly appreciated. We had no plumbing problems this time but should I need a plumber again I’ll be calling Golden State Plumbing. Thanks Jimmy!
