I took my 23 Toyota Corolla hybrid to replace the fin that was knocked off my roof for the GPS. Toyota wanted $600 worth of parts plus $1200 worth of labor, even though I explained the GPS worked fine still. I went by 2 different autobody shops in Porterville. they either couldn’t do it or wanted a lot of money. Long story short, Ashley at Golden State had her body shop guy pop it back on, FREE of charge! Everything works great! Why did I try to go elsewhere?
My car was impounded WITH GOLDEN STATE ON OLIVE IN PORTERVILLE With A HALF TANK OF GAS! WHEN I PICKED IT UP TODAY MY TANK WAS ON E MY CAR EMBLEM WAS STOLEN AND MY TAGS WERE STOLEN AND THATS WHAT I NOTICED SO FAR! IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I NOTICE ILL UPDATE THIS POST. WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THERE ATTENTION THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS PLACE IM SO UPSET!!
Golden state paint and body is by far the best around. They are true professionals. Ashley did our estimate and helped us through everything. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel like family. Not to mention my truck was flawless after the repairs.
