I had two back surgeries (microdisketomy). After the 2nd (this was Feb 2020) the doc gave me a sheet of exercises (I had apparently re-ruptured the same disc). After the first operation, I was not given any recommendations for physical therapy or anything else (maybe that's why I re-ruptered?). I've now been in pain for two years, and am slowly attempting to rehabilitate myself. I do not recommend Webster Orthopedics. Go someplace else.
