Service Team at Nissan Serramonte was top-notch. Mike went above and beyond to take care of my car. He offered fair pricing, excellent communication and finished all repairs in one day. They offered me free rides to/from the nearest shopping mall while my car was in the shop. I think we all go to dealerships expecting to be ripped off, but for some repairs, you do have to get it officially addressed and documented at a dealership. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I believe the business operates in a deceptive and irresponsible manner and should be investigated. They retained my vehicle for extended periods, sometimes months at a time, and returned it without completing the repairs that were represented. As a result, I was repeatedly put in unsafe situations while driving a vehicle I was led to believe had been properly repaired. This created serious safety risks for both myself and others. We brought our car in for a recall. 60 Minutes is what they said on the phone. When we arrived it was 90-120 Min. After 150 Min we called them to figure out that they had only done one out of the two recalls because the machine was broken. But instead we got a full list of recommendations of what else we could do, for twice the money our garage takes. Really bad experience. We are certainly not coming back.

Alfred’s behavior as a manager is extremely unprofessional. He uses profanity in the workplace and speaks to customers in a disrespectful manner. A manager should lead with professionalism and respect, but Alfred does the opposite, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
