Bought my Nissan kicks from Chevy had many issues they kept making me take it to them not helping me at all! Finally I took it to Nissan at Serramonte they did a fantastic job! Communication was great called me emailed and texted me through the whole process. They did my diagnostic within an hour and a half to two with videos and photos explaining what they found. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I believe the business operates in a deceptive and irresponsible manner and should be investigated. They retained my vehicle for extended periods, sometimes months at a time, and returned it without completing the repairs that were represented. As a result, I was repeatedly put in unsafe situations while driving a vehicle I was led to believe had been properly repaired. This created serious safety risks for both myself and others.
