I cannot overstate how disappointed and frustrated I am with this property management company. Throughout our business relationship, communication was spotty at best. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered, and when I did receive responses, they were delayed and unhelpful. The final straw came when I chose to terminate our agreement — a decision I had every right to make. If I were you I would not waste your time on this place. Super unprofessional. Don't know why Bianca is considered professional when she's the one I have the problem with. Couldn't do a one thing that she said she could do the entire time even getting me the application was like pulling teeth. Don't waste your time. They do a full background check, want your bank information and everything. I actually almost wonder if anything's going to happen to my personal information after how unprofessional they are. We have used several property managers in the past and none have come close to Golden State. Bianca and Arianna have been great to deal with and I highly recommend them !
