Snake in the grass, beware. Spent $35k on one door just to be ghosted as soon as we had an issue. Mike the owner is a double talker and will do what he has to make as much profit as possible. Mike also completely abandoned his number one worker/brother when he got injured and paid no medical, his life is ruined and Mike could care less about the man who helped get him where he's at now. Cold blooded.

Our eperience was awesome! The front office person was professional and described what was going to happen and when and what to expect for our service call. Our call was scheduled for the same day. Jessie arrived when he said he would. He tried his best to repair our old garage door open but after multiple efforts it needed to be replaced and he installed a new one. Tom was great! My OLD Craftsman garage door opener was acting up. Tom gave me the option of repairing it or replacing it. I asked him to replace it. BOY! This new motor is so quiet! It is very high tech! It has more features in it than I need. I should have replaced it long ago. THANKS TOM!
