We have been a subcontractor for this builder for about 3 years. They have always been easy to work with on projects, pay quickly, and never give us any issues with scheduling. They are flexible and pleasant to work with.
The quality they subcontract with was decent. That's the only positives I can think of with this company.
If you want a home builder who can help to ensure your neighbors dislike you by the time you move in, then this is the builder for you! I can't speak to the quality of their building (although the home I can see within my previously quiet neighborhood is not at all attractive) - but I would not want to work with a builder that didn't care about the natural environment nor the people that are already living nearby. very easy to communicate with. working with them on a custom home build. They are always responsive and have had a great working relationship over the last couple months and looking forward to breaking ground. We know we made the right choice. they've been in business for so long and work with great contractors and when we reached out for a construction loan the banker also highly recommended them and said they had a fantastic track record of making beautiful homes.
