I always use Golden Spike Harley as an example of great customer service. The Service Dept should get an A+. For years they have done all of the service on my bike. When I wanted upgrades they took the time to explain everything and then did the work efficiently and fairly. When I had issues they were identified quickly and accurately and corrected. I honestly have a love hate relationship with this place. Love hanging out with like minded people, and the bikes! Hate leaving wanting another bike. 😂 the guys and gals here are great. Always a good visit!
