Twice we have had the opportunity to work with these wonderful people. The first time was two years ago when my father-in-law had a medical emergency while traveling and Golden Spike helped us get his GoldWing back to Missouri. Today, Dan came in on his day off (and his birthday no less) to help us rent a pair of Heritage Softails to enjoy our vacation. Golden Spike HD defines customer service.
