I would do zero if I could, why is no one ever in the office, I have called 10 times in 2 days was left on hold for 45 minutes, appliance are always breaking and they are no where to be found
Typical rental agency who’s agenda is to squeeze your pockets dry as much as possible. They had my ledger mixed around showing I paid rent early and then I was charged rent again with hella late fees since I was unaware of the outstanding balance (I thought I had paid…). Only thing I believe their office hours needs to run til 6pm and not deal with AI nonsense. Over half time AI dont work right. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS they will give you a 10 day notice illegally even if you owe 100 dollars thank god I have all of mine because they will pull a fast one on you knowing your rent is fine. Only reason why I gave 4 stars.
Absolutely terrible, don’t expect them to fix anything. They just want to take your money and do as minimal as possible. It’s rental company from Muncie, what else would you expect 🥴
