KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS FROM RENT THIS COMPANY IS VERY SNEAKY they will add on money for NO REASON after you paid them what has to be paid do NOT let them get one over on YOU Paid our rent on TIME they still try to say we owe money. But yet NO ONE CAN ANSWER THEIR PHONES TO DISCUSS THE MATTER THEY CANT EVEN READ THEIR EMAILS CANT EVEN CALL BACK IN TIMELY MATTER
I would do zero if I could, why is no one ever in the office, I have called 10 times in 2 days was left on hold for 45 minutes, appliance are always breaking and they are no where to be found
Typical rental agency who’s agenda is to squeeze your pockets dry as much as possible. They had my ledger mixed around showing I paid rent early and then I was charged rent again with hella late fees since I was unaware of the outstanding balance (I thought I had paid…). When I spoke with an agent about it, I was met with a loud sigh of exasperation and a shitty attitude. Only thing I believe their office hours needs to run til 6pm and not deal with AI nonsense. Over half time AI dont work right. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS they will give you a 10 day notice illegally even if you owe 100 dollars thank god I have all of mine because they will pull a fast one on you knowing your rent is fine. Only reason why I gave 4 stars.
