great management & maintenance! anytime you have an issue they come out and fix it the next day or day of!
This place is the absolute worst. Sarah Lucas and the management for Golden sky property. In Muncie are an absolute travesty. As soon as the building was taken over by another property management company, they still took out my rent when they shouldn’t have had any access to my accounts Overdrawing my account $600 on a holiday weekend and when I called to tell them to rectify the situation, they basically told me to chill out and they would have to wait until the property Owner called them back.
