Only thing I believe their office hours needs to run til 6pm and not deal with AI nonsense. Over half time AI dont work right. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS they will give you a 10 day notice illegally even if you owe 100 dollars thank god I have all of mine because they will pull a fast one on you knowing your rent is fine. Only reason why I gave 4 stars.
Absolutely terrible, don’t expect them to fix anything. They just want to take your money and do as minimal as possible. It’s rental company from Muncie, what else would you expect 🥴

I live in Muncie Indiana on 2607 West Keller Rd in a quiet apartment building that I love and I have wonderful neighbors, I love that everytime I have any issues with my place, everything is taking care of in a timely manner, also I love the patio space that I share with the neighbors, awesome place and I love keeping my apartment clean and neat
