great management & maintenance! anytime you have an issue they come out and fix it the next day or day of!
This place is the absolute worst. Sarah Lucas and the management for Golden sky property. In Muncie are an absolute travesty. As soon as the building was taken over by another property management company, they still took out my rent when they shouldn’t have had any access to my accounts Overdrawing my account $600 on a holiday weekend and when I called to tell them to rectify the situation, they basically told me to chill out and they would have to wait until the property Owner called them back. I live at 119 Hilton and they manage a building on the corner and they have a pile of garbage a mile high. I repeatedly have to call the Town to give them a ticket. Building looks like a crack house. Even the tenants say the management company sucks after they gave me the info.
My son and his mom from these people very nice the place was nice. They lived there for a few months never any issues.... His mom got engaged and moved to Texas. They followed the whole process according to Sarah they even paid their rent with nobody living there until somebody new signed the lease! Just terrible company to try and do any business with or work with in any regard. Left 4 messages and never returned 1 of them and then when you finally get them on the phone they are rude and won't provide any information when you call. Terrible company company to do business with and would recommend anyone or anywhere else.
