Had an appointment with Ant and still waited over an hour because the barber took a walk-in ahead of me. That’s extremely unprofessional and a complete disregard for my time. Making me late for class by 30 minutes. I also showed a reference photo of the exact length I wanted, and my hair was cut much shorter than requested. Between the wait and not following the photo, this was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back. Now I need multiple weeks for it to grow back.
