Tiffany, Peter and Frankie were the best!! I've never used a professional mover before and was a nervous Nelly due to hearing such terrible stories about damage or bait-and-switch pricing. Tiffany was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions and did her best to provide an accurate quote. Originally left a good review until we received our items. First 2 of our high value items were damaged bedframe no longer raises or lowers, PlayStation 5 no longer works, and broke the screen on my monitor. Once the driver arrived he called 3+ times asking if specific items were ours as they were not properly labeled. also while unpacking we have items that are not ours and we are missing items from our storage room, an entire grill, and our entire bedroom closet including a full military dress uniform. this has been the wo... read more
Peter, Tim, Collin, Danny, Dave, and Shaun where great. quick and professional with the total pack out and crating of my household goods being ship. they always made a point of keeping me informed on what they where working on and what the expected time line would be. would absolutely use them again.
