Called in to get a Jesus Piece pendant fixed. and spoke with Mike who I set up to meet with on a Friday-Saturday. Gave him my pendant and he said he would reinforce it so that it would not break no more , which he did. Although I did have to contact him a multiple times. He returned my Pendant in 4 days in great condition.
I was looking forward to supporting a black owned business based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same. I found the gentleman I was dealing with, who I believe is the owner to be combative. It is one of the few times I regret paying in advance for a repair. Also, I’ve seen a couple people reference the “great selection” of jewelry and I would respectfully disagree.

I stopped in last minute to get my watch sized. Mr. Michael and Ms. Beverly were very kind and helpful. The watch was sized quickly and for a very fair price. Support Black owned business!
