I left a ring to be engraved. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. I came back Tuesday evening and the ring wasn’t ready. The gentleman said it would ready Thursday. I told him I could not get back on Tuesday. He said he would drop it off to me. He never did nor did he call to say he wasn’t coming. I waited a week and called. I asked if the ring was ready.
