Doesn't listen to the client, even when you have a picture of the style you want, and will not compensate when they mess up something as semi-permanent as a haircut.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. NO PRODUCTS JUST PLAIN SCISSORS AND CLIPPERS. The picture is for reference, that was what it was supposed to look like, and that's the weirdness that she got instead. I even told the lady she was cutting it incorrectly, and she decided that she just didn't need to listen to me at all.
