In need of a service call for my satellite. They scheduled me for 2/16/17, never showed up and never called. Every time i called i was redirected to voicemail until i called from a different number. They finally answered, only to transfer me to dish. Very unprofessional. Cannot even speak to the customer. Only want to do sales but do not want t ok deal with "customer service". Douchebags.
