My mom moved into her 3 bedroom townhouse two years ago at the end of April. Who knew that "ghosting" wasn't exclusive to personal relationships? Loren could have easily provided a professional courtesy of simply declining business. Instead, she chose to ignore calls, voicemails, & texts after a meeting had been confirmed. Good luck!
I took over a property they managed after the owner decided not to renew their agreement with them and became the new property manager. The tenants had multiple complaints and issues that needed to be fixed that were not taken care of while this company managed it. When GR needed to speak to the owner about prior payment they attempted to put me in the middle of it and then got rude when I said that is out of my purview and needed to be directed to the owner. If I could give it no stars I would . This place is AWEFUL !! I moved her March 20,2021 I was promised a refrigerator for TWO WEEKS !! ( I finally got one) They DO NOT fix ANYTHING!! I put in work orders since LAST April it's ALMOST April again they are JUST now putting weather strip around my door and didn't do that correctly but they finally came . I have two bathrooms NEITHER door shuts ( no privacy) . Once it get warm soooooo many ants ,spiders AND hornets live with you . Stink bugs and wasps because the gaps around the ... read more
