This business cannot be trusted to honor their service contracts. My elderly widowed mother bought a replacement Trane Water Return System unit including a Service Contract with them back in 2014. When it needed servicing in 2020 they simply told her, "We don't work on them anymore". No offer of a refund for the service contract they sold her. We bought a Trane unit from them !!!! Under warranty they wouldn’t come work on it!!!! Told us to get somebody else to come work on it!!! Rude condescending I would not recommend them to anybody!!!!

can't get them to answer the phone or email? to your response: i left 2 message and sent an email, also called my builder to get them to call and see why the phones weren't working. finally after a week an half they answered the phone. will revise rating later... It's later, they finally answered the phone and said they were a few weeks behind because it was hot outside and would get back with me. Of course never a word back!
