We have been under the care of Golden Rule Hospice for about 10 months for the care of my father who is in Memory Care. The entire staff at Golden Rule has blown us away. They are caring, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable on this journey we have been thrown into. My mom has been under the care of Golden Rule for almost 9 mos. She has received great care, but the care from Ms. Vivian has been top-notch, 10 stars if I could. My mom, Ira, loves Ms. Vivian, and Ms. Vivian cares for her as if she were her own mom. Ms. Vivian is passionate, loving, caring, and compassionate. She makes my mom feel special, as if she were her only patient. I give Golden Rule 5 stars because of Ms. Vivian. Ms. Vivian is a true gem.
My wife recently spent more than 6 weeks in the care of Golden Rule Hospice before passing away on August 10th. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism shown by everyone we came in contact with at Golden Rule. In particular, Vivian and Tyrell were terrific. They not only took great care of Evelyne, but were able to build a trusting relationship with her. Also, a shout out to Mini who filled in at times and was wonderful, too. Thank you all for taking such loving care of my wife in her final days.
I want to say Kathy hazellief is a outstanding CNA she is always on time and always making sure her patients are taking care of we love her at the facility. She is the best we have ever had this lady needs a raise . She is an amazing and excellent person. She is a five star CNA
My experience with all of these lovely and caring people was beyond exceptional! Our nurse Penny, Minnie, Chaplain Joe, and so many others showed so much compassion as my precious mom was given such excellent care. I never had to worry about someone answering my calls in minutes to medicine getting delivered in record time. I will always have these people as friends and will always carry them in my heart. Excellent service with excellent compassion for their families!
