My husband order flowers for me and they were the worst I have ever received. The treatment I received from Linda was not professional at all. I called and she was rude on the phone and then rude when I got there. Flowers were wilted and smashed greenery was brown but it was my fault because I touched them according to Linda. She also said there was nothing wrong with the flowers even though they were visually unacceptable to me. My sister loved her flower arrangement. She said it was the best she has ever had. She sent me a picture of them. They were absolutely beautiful. I paid for flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on the following Tuesday and item was never delivered. They charged my account and didn't answer the phone when I called for information on why delivery was not complete. No voicemail set up and no email to contact for information. Will never buy from this store again.
