I paid for flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on the following Tuesday and item was never delivered. They charged my account and didn't answer the phone when I called for information on why delivery was not complete. No voicemail set up and no email to contact for information. Will never buy from this store again.
I ordered a flowers from Golden Rose to be delivered to an employee at Firelands Hospital. Great service and the flowers were amazing!
Extremely shading marketing. We found a flower basket online for $69 for their deluxe size. Their website said free same day delivery. We didn't actually need it delivered for 3 days so time wasn't an issue. Before proceeding with the order the first thing I asked was if the address was within their FREE delivery area. I was put on hold and then told "Great news! you are in our free delivery area and we can get it out today." I told them it didn't need to go out until Friday.
