Golden Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the 28-year-old shake roof on our 72-year-old, 4000 sqft, 2-story house, using extra-thick "presidential-style" composition shingles. We had a terrible experience. This company worked on our neighbors roof. They asked to come on our property to install scaffolding for their job, we asked them to return later in the day when we weren’t on work calls. They left our front walkway and hopped over the fence and installed scaffolding specifically against our request. When we contacted the head of the company we were lied to repeatedly. No apology, no admission on wrongdoing. The experience was upsetting and incredibly unprofessional.
