They should really have an entrance attendant on all days like other similar facilities in the area, some of the residents here are unable to use their phones correctly, resulting in family visits or important deliveries being ignored despite knowing the correct code. I believe they used to have a volunteer do this job, but I haven't seen them for several years.
Thank you to the front desk or whoever answered my call, you were helpful and kind! Called the number she gave me for leasing and Montana was not very willing to help. She was trying to talk me out of making an appointment and getting my grandma on the waiting list and then was kinda rude when I said I was told it was 6 months wait she got rude with me saying no one should have said that there are 68 people waiting and it’s gonna be at least a year or longer. Good for old people
My mother lived there for 11 years until she passed. It's a beautiful place for senior-living and my mother loved it.
