This seemed to be a great place while my dad was alive and the staff was very responsive, but now that he has passed I haven't been able to contact one staff member and my security deposit was never refunded to me, which is a promise that is made in their contract. Just to give context I have been trying to reach them for almost 5 months.
I am so pleased to have this opportunity to testify and I am delighted to tell about Golden Retreat. The owners are very accommodating and the staff are 2nd to none: so caring, the food is superb and amenities are equal or surpassing larger facilities...
The moment we walked through the front door,we know that Golden Retreat was the place we wanted our dad to call home. We know he is being watched over by very special people. He needs are being met and above all when we visit we are greeted by a big smile on our dad's face...
