Golden Realty was the property manager for my condo in Santa Clara for five years. The staff, led by Jason Belcher, was always very professional and responsive to the tenants. Golden Realty “gets the job done.” I recently listed this condo with Golden Realty. They took care of all the pre-sale issues, including painting, carpets and repairs. The transaction went smoothly and closed on schedule. I would highly recommend Golden Realty.
