I am a resident of Arrowhead and I tried to contact this company because a car has been illegally parked on the street in front of my house since I have moved here which is cause a number of safety issues. When I called them, the answering machine said to email them. I found that to be big red flag. They don't seem to like answering phones. We are extremely happy with our home watch company! Last summer while up north, my husband noticed on his heat/humidity app that something was wrong with our air conditioner. Our home watch technician, Tim, went to our house, called us and reprogrammed our thermostat and stayed on the line until the air conditioner came back on. He was amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations by checking for mold, etc. I would highly recommend Golden Property management!
We love having Golden Property as our Homewatch company. Kris Greenberg has been watching out for us since we bought our house back in May of 2019. It has been such a relief knowing that our house is in capable hands when we aren’t there.
