They never answer the phone and they take two weeks to reply to emails. I have yet to receive a simple letter from them that Collier County requires in order to issue a permit to build a fence. They have raised the HOA fees from $80 a year to now $274 and they suggested an increase in order to fix a pool that has never been opened.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am a resident of Arrowhead and I tried to contact this company because a car has been illegally parked on the street in front of my house since I have moved here which is cause a number of safety issues. When I called them, the answering machine said to email them. I found that to be big red flag. They don't seem to like answering phones.
