I have been a tenant with them for 8 years. Very good landlord, works with you for anything and makes it easy for you to get situated. If if there is ever a problem it gets taken care of immediately. I am able to reach her for anything. During covid the landlord was very understanding. I don't have anything bad or negative to say about this company. I am a very happy tenant so far!
