Great property management company! They make renting so easy and are always on top of their properties. Always easy to get ahold of and take of any issues you have! Luann is so sweet! Thankful we found them!
Not in their office unless you make an appointment. Only way to make one is to call. I called the number and I dont get an answer but the voicemail says to leave my name and number for Golden Property Management. I call again and the same voice tells me that I have the wrong number somehow even though her voice is on the voicemail. I dont understand how you’re gonna tell me I have the wrong number with the same voice on the voicemail…
Luan is the best. We are going on 4 years as a tenant for Golden Property Management. Always quick to respond and takes good care of us. We are so lucky to have Luan as our manager. Highly recommend.
Very bad customer service. Do not waist your money with this company. Luan Blake is quick to jump for her 10% but when the tenant needed battery replacement on the smoke detectors to the unit she was renting from us, Blake contacted us owners to drive 34 miles to replace the batteries ourselves, She even contacted us for a removal of a water beetle.
