RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This is a single person, not a full company, who is a horrible landlord. Messages went weeks with no response, repairs went months without being completed. She only ever responds when there is the threat of legal action, and then suddenly, she can respond. We had several packages lost or stolen by her as they were delivered shortly after we moved out and she refuses to acknowledge any messages sent asking about retrieving them. Absolutely horrific! Poor response time, cheap quality in everything, delays and false promises. My home had more repairs than I can list here, and there was no responsibility. I finished by contacting an attorney... if you can go somewhere else, do so! Worst experience in my rental history.
