Miserable excuse for a medical practice that has progressively and terribly gone downhill in the past 2 years. Ability to obtain a correct prescription despite multiple errors and attempts is unconscionable, as is their communication. Especially poor is their physical Jeremy Vollmer, who dispite all Hippa protections informed his staff that one of my medications was the "highest dose he had ever seen!"
