Throughout our experience, we dealt with James, now a good friend, and Ramiro, the owner, who was on site to ensure everything was going well and listen to our needs. We were guided through every step. Communication was excellent, the pool is amazing, the workmanship was outstanding, and the workers were respectful of us and of our property.
