Awesome customer service, very easy to talk to and honest about their work. They sadly weren't able to address the issue we had since it was a much larger situation but they gave us a great referral for another company who worked out great. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing issues you have!

I called John on a Sunday afternoon when I noticed my water heater tank was leaking. He was onsite within an hour, did a thorough evaluation, and provided us with quotes for 4 replacement options. We selected the mutually agreed upon best option and the job was finished before dinner. John was extremely knowledgeable and conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. We felt comfortable that we got a fair deal and had found someone we could trust and rely for future needs.
John was great. He walked me through all the options and was very transparent with pricing. He was clearly knowledgeable and very professional. So grateful for him sticking with us and helping locate our main water shut off at the street! Now we have a functional shut off valve in the house! Woohoo
