Landlord is never there. And when she is and you have a problem it doesn't get fixed until she feels like it. Roaches are horrible. Ac went out she had 2 guys come "check it out" they literally walked in looked in the closet where it was and said I need to go outside and never came back in. Cold water never worked and water leaked and they said they couldn't fix it becasue it would be too much work and to just put a bucket under the sink. I will never rent from this place again landlord is very rude and make any excuse to fix anything very slow about repairs doesn’t communicate well plus roaches are very bad

I'm providing a HIGH WARNING to whomever decides to live in Cuero, TX do not live in the Golden Plaza or Colonial Manor Apartments! They're both under the supervision of Tracie Granger & she is not a landlord to be trustworthy of! The past years I lived in the apartments were horrible! She treats her tenants with favoritism! The apartments are poorly renovated. It sometimes comes with a fridge & stove, but they were not functional!
