I ordered delivery on Friday night and everything was great. The food was delivered hot in the time frame they quoted and I thought the meal was excellent. We ordered two combo meals and I had a spicy Mongolian Beef that was not too spicy which was perfect for me. Will definitely order again. Also, the price was right.
the food off the menu is really good take it from someone who has been to every state eccept 2 and this is very good
Their sweet and sour soup is very good. Service is always good. They will prepare food without MSG if you request it.
This was a wonderful experience. Great buffet with wide selection to choose from. Very helpful staff with friendly and attentive service. Overall a thumbs up.
If you want a place for a pleasant Chinese meal try the Golden Phoenix West. The food is always well prepared whether you have food from the menu or from the buffet. They don't skimp on sauces and use the right amount of spices. It is always a pleasant experience to have a meal here. It's worth the stop and it won't break the bank either.
Consistent. The buffet is good, typical Chinese buffet items. The waitresses pay attention to you. I usually order off the menu.
Had my first meal in Billings here. The food was perfect with plenty of unique options. Whenever I visit the area I will return.

Our favorite Chinese Restaurant The food on the buffet is replaced quickly, something I've seen rarely at other buffet restaurants. You can choose from a menu, if buffet is not your thing. We eat in every few months, and order take out a few times a month from them. The wait staff is prompt, and always there to refill your drink--given several dishes are quite hot, that is always important to me.
