Here was my first experience: I walked in, 3 of the employees were NOT wearing masks. I told them I had an appointment for my dog to get groomed, no one acknowledged my dog. They told me to leave her in a kennel in the middle of the shop and walk out, it made me nervous but I did it anyway. Miss Lewis We did have a conversation when you dropped Luna off.... Remember the part abt her shampoo and her brittle nails ! We are in covid 19 and wish we did not need to have kennels in the front for self drop offs but it's a must . You have never been to our shop and did not take the time to read the posted signs on kennels with instructions. Also I did say appologize but you were not listening . I am glad Luna is home & safe. Sabrina is amazing with my girl. I feel very comfortable leaving my baby girl knowing Sabrina will take good care of her !
Never disappointed with the services from The Golden Paw! They are the only ones I will trust to cut my Pom. She always looks amazing and her fur grows out great! We love the Golden Paw!
Robbie, my black miniature poodle, has been a Golden Paws dog for 14 years. We love John and company. John always gives me information that I so much appreciate. I trust Golden Paws with Robbie and that's a huge compliment. Thank you for all your care and attention.
Golden Paws is the worst. We made an appt a week ago to have our dog washed and trimmed today. We bring the dog as scheduled to be told they wouldn't have time for the cut today. WTF???? We made appt a week ago???? Then when we picked up the dog we were charged the same $55 we were quoted for a wash and cut for just the wash. No apology or offer of compensation. Just told us pay up if we want the dog back. This is no way to run a business or treat customers. Golden Paws should be ashamed.
