I had a wonderful stay and I was really surprised by how lovely this hotel is. The service is great and the staff was really helpful. I am really glad that I decided to stay here.

I have never been so disrespected, ripped off, and disgusted than i have at this place. i must have chose a bad night because there were a million junior varisty foot ball kids running around and adults with them. Loud music played all night, there were folks doing drugs in the halls, when i called the owner to report it, she said shed call me back, and after hours of nothing called them back only to get a rude hasty remark. I stayed at the Golden Palms Inn & Suites last night. My bed was more comfortable than any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff was great and very helpful. My lock wouldnt work on the room they first gave me but as soon as I told them they immediately gave me another room with two beds when I only payed for one. The rooms were very clean and had alot of space.
