Thought this was a reputable, locally owned small business with ethics. Not so. Shame on me for not taking the time to stand at the counter to read every word of a contract they're eager to get signed - which turns out, was beyond misleading. What they don't SAY - what you must READ IN THE CONTRACT - is that when the contract expires, they get to KEEP CHARGING NON-REFUNDABLE MONTHLY FEES UNTIL WE PHYSICALLY DRIVE OVER AND SIGN A CANCELLATION! This is by far the best place I've found to tan in the Tri-cities! The girls are so helpful and friendly, everything is always very clean and tidy and would highly recommend them!
