I found this fantastic spa. The entire process, from making a reservation to the actual experience, was delightful. The staff are wonderful, they’re attentive and hospitable. The massage therapist is proficient in various techniques. After a 90-minute deep massage, my body felt as good as new.

When I first arrived, I was made to wait in the room for fifteen minutes while she finished up with another customer. The massage itself was very weak and lazy, she was falling asleep while leaning on me, I feel like I didn’t get a massage at all. She ran out of the room multiple times to answer the phone and cut the massage 10 minutes short to meet with her friends who had arrived in the lobby.

Scammy scammy going on, I never post a review without serious consideration but after my experience. I’m saddened to say the posting of a false price and not informative of the price at the time of placing the reservation, they also changed the location which was a bit concerning and as other reservations after us said the same thing, we booked because of their posted prices. Seems to be targeting tourists, posted price online and outside and then inside at the time of appointment you are informed of a new price. Possibly a ... read more
