What a WONDERFUL experience!!! I stupidly went out if network and PAID for my Prescription 😔 I came to Golden Optometric with my prescription they showed me what my plan covers and quoted me five weeks approximately. I received a text today saying my glasses were ready WAY BEFORE THE FIVE WEEKS!!!! I hot an appointment in the afternoon but my transportation dropped me iff way early they still attended me. Very disappointed with this place. Scheduled a appointment and they said no problem come on in will take care of you. Called back to reschedule and they changed my appointment. Come in the day of my appointment and they are fully booked. Qaisted my day clming in. But i will not come back here. Will change location. For sure. Definitely dont recommend this place. The manager was no help either. She said we have been fully booked and we can't help you. You need to reschedule.
***Would like to give them 4 stars now rather than 1. I do appreciate the follow up call to my son and apologizing about the delay and explaining that they do care about every individual, regardless of payment type. Thank you for that. Ridiculous.... What’s the point of making appointments, if they pick and choose who they want to see!!! If you are not paying in cash or do not have premium insurance. Be prepared to wait up to half hour past your appointment time. Brought me son here and been waiting 40 mins to see an eye doc... read more
