Today was a very sad day for me. After 17 years it was finally time to say goodbye to my kitty. Needless to say it was a very difficult decision. It always is. When I finally decided it was time I called Golden Oaks. I can’t commend the staff and Dr. Panini enough. Without exception they were so compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend this office and team.
RecommendedDr Lanini is amazing! After visiting 3 others vets in the area, she exceeded my expectations. She is by far the best. She truly cares for her pet patients.
I have always been impressed with the quality of care my pets have received from Dr. Lanini and her staff, but recently they went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before when we had to say goodbye to a four legged family member. This is the most amazing vet you will ever go to. Dr. Lanini is fair, a great diagnostician, and the best anesthesiologist my dogs have ever been to. The staff is amazing. They are so considerate and professional. I will never go to another vet hospital.
We LOVE Golden Oaks! Took our oldest boy Loki when he was a baby to 2 Other Vets and all they could tell me was that he had a skin infection and gave me junk that didn’t work or help. One look at him and Dr. Lanini knew exactly what it was! She also helped me with my seconds poop eating issues hahaha! Her and her team are always so happy to see both of my boys! Coming in soon with a third but I know we are in good hands!
I took my boy for a nail trim . I was thinking about another item that just popped in my mind while waiting for him. They are awesome people who attend to your needs. They took care of the item and we had a great experience. The staff are friendly and amazing! Thank you all for the last minute call for a vaccination.
The whole staff including the doctor are all wonderful. We’ve taken our pup there since Day 1 and now our older cat. Great experience for being a vet clinic!
A compassionate, knowledgeable vet who doesn't charge an arm and a leg for her work. She doesn't rush and answers all your questions. Can't find a negative review of her either. I'm totally impressed and highly recommend her to anyone with a pet.
Most kind an compassionate veterinary hospital both the doctor an her staff. We come all the way from Big Bear for Dr. Lanini for all our animals needs. So thankful to have a good honest kind compassionate vet like her in our animals lives.
