My family loves living here! The community is clean and well kept. The pool is a great feature, especially on those super hot summer days. The office manager, Anna, is fantastic! She is so quick to reply to any messages and works quickly to get maintenance issues resolved. She runs some fun community activities which my daughter loves participating in. Maintenance man is also so wonderful. He is so friendly and helpful. So happy we found this community to move in to!

Disgusted with Royal T Management company.. I sold my house in 2016 to downsize and prepare for retirement. I signed a LEASE to help keep my rent stable. Well, Royal T Management arbitrarily declined to renew any leases and put everyone on month to month rental...AND they've raised the rent TWICE since March, 2021. They raised it in March AND now again in sept 2021. again in
Decent place for rental housing. Still looks nice despite its age.
