the curbside bellhop (Gary) is phenomenal. Friendly and helpful. he is the one I referenced on my previous recommendation but I did not have his name until we arrived back from San Francisco this morning. Employing people who display this level of customer service speaks volumes.
Everything was great and we left with best memories. Will definitely come back

I've stayed there plenty nice clean rooms and right on Fremont st cant ask for a better place restaurants are awesome also chart house will blow you away by far best seafood I have ever eaten and I really dont like seafood....
