Damage and no customer service! I went through the carwash and came out with a golf ball sized dent and scratch down to bare metal. I showed the employee working at the time, he took my info, and he said someone would follow up with me on Monday (this was on a Saturday). No one followed up. I called and left messages twice at the location and once at the main office over the following week; never received any response. I'll be following up with my lawyer next.
Continually opens late, attendants constantly on breaks or wash is broken for something. There’s always an orange cone out front blocking the entrance. I’ve never felt so ripped off from a “subscription wash service.” This place is absolutely infuriating and a waste of money.
