The customer service is amazing juan castro the asst.manager was very helpful and very patient answered all my questions. And the whole time wearing a smile. I will continue going to the west hartford location amazing service
Worst car wash ever. They don't pay attention to detail and whatever they're using will leave scratches all over your car. Not to mention how rude they are. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Worse car wash! The wrap broke me left mirror and they refuse to replace it. Im talking about a mirror that wasn't damaged prior! The manager is unprofessional and he treats customers with disdain. Absolutely no regards for customer's damage vehicle whether it be a scratch or a broken mirror!
