Love it but the exit road has a lot potholes.
Like the convenience of locations. Only some places are doing a good job pre soaking the vehicle prior to the wash. That was a large part of why I signed up for the monthly wash. Please raise awareness this should be done all the way around the vehicle like when this company started.
Staff apologized for the wash not getting some dirt off; offered to run the car through again. Second pass did a real number on the car finish, but location won't accept the word of the detail shop they recommended.
