STAY AWAY! We have been using Golden Nozzle Car Wash (seasonally) with the unlimited pass for several years. This year the rollers pulled my car back twice. The second time hitting the car behind me. It cause dents in my rear bumper. I immediately told the two people working there. The gave me a card on how to file a complaint. After a few attempts, Golden Nozzle refused to take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle while it was FULLY under their control. Logic and reason doesn't work with them. The attendants were very helpful. Ask for Josh. Thanks man. The free vacuum is an all time favorite and a blessing. All clean for the weekend!
Love it but mostly of the time non members are using the vacuums and we need to wait to use them which is not cool . It shouldn't be like that.
