There is a giant pothole at the end of the car wash that you are deposited into. This time of year, it is filled with dirty slush. I was told they know about it and won’t fix this time of year. I do not recommend going in wintertime, especially as no one will warn you of this before going in.
Staff is friendly. However, the last few times I've gone here, my car got scratches and chips in the paint from the cleaning brushes. Had to get that repaired. I don't go here anymore because of that experience.
Oh man, yall about to go out of business with that fancy new car wash opening across the street soon. You scratching up people's cars and not making it right, you wont be missed. 🪦
STAY AWAY! We have been using Golden Nozzle Car Wash (seasonally) with the unlimited pass for several years. This year the rollers pulled my car back twice. The second time hitting the car behind me. It cause dents in my rear bumper. I immediately told the two people working there. The gave me a card on how to file a complaint.
