I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I came in for a French tip pedicure and noticed that the French tips were uneven. One tip was noticeably thinner than the other, and there were several imperfections in the work. I politely asked multiple times for the issues to be corrected, but each time I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. What upset me the most was the customer service. She did a beautiful job on my pedicure. This was my first time there and I was happy. $50 for a gel pedicure, kind of high but she did a good job. I was very happy to see that they don't use that stupid cheese shredder for your feet!!! LOL!
I've been going here for years. Kim has many good techs. Pricing is comparable to most other nail salons
