I came in during posted business hours while the open sign was still on, but I was told they were not taking appointments for arm waxing. I was also told they were taking appointments for massage, even though both massage and arm waxing are listed as scheduled services. It was frustrating and confusing to make the trip based on their posted hours and services, only to be told the service was not available.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review of this place yet! I’ve been getting pedicures here for the last 6 years and they are incredible. If you have the time and extra money to spend, get the super deluxe. It’s 100% worth every penny and minute. I guarantee it could cure any bad day. And it’s not dependent on one technician; they’re ALL fantastic. I’ve gotten a few gel manicures too for weddings and events and have also had a great experience.
