I went in for a nail refill and was initially serviced by a technician who seemed inexperienced. He had trouble creating the French tip lines, so the owner, Henry, stepped in to finish the service. Unfortunately, the final result was very uneven—each nail looked different, with some French tips thicker and others shorter.
