Do NOT recommend this place. The owner came in the room RUSHING and messed up my eyebrows. One was thick, one was thin. One was arched and one was not. She even didn’t notice it and still charged me. Terrible customer service.
I have been going here for about 10 years to get my eyebrows done. I will NOT be back. The lady was on her phone and completely messed up one of my eyebrows. She removed way too much and now they look so uneven. I am so upset right now!!!
Completely ruined my eyebrows. Woman was on the phone when she was supposed to be doing my eyebrows. They are uneven now and I have to walk around with them like this. They will never grow back the same. Never giving this place my business again.
My mother and siblings went to the Golden Nails salon so my mom could fill in and trim her nails, for 1: they couldn't do a design like she asked, 2: changed the price of her French nails from $40 to $55 AFTER she'd had them done. They also were incredibly low quality and weren't done right. The artists also kept side-eyeing me and my siblings because we were playing Uno, on our phones and my baby sister was being a bit loud.
Went in last week and asked the price for cut down, fill in and polish change. Quoted $40. Went in today and was charged more and she couldn’t do a SIMPLE design. All she kept saying was oh they look good though. Okay but that’s not what I wanted. My French doesn’t even go down to the side of the nails and I didn’t get the cut down I mentioned 3x. I have paid less for better quality.
