This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I walked in and the place was completely empty except for one customer. No one greeted me. I stood there awkwardly waiting while multiple employees sat around on their phones. Eventually, a man came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I asked for a full set and was told to sit down. They messed up my eyebrows so bad this was today there is only one lady in there that can do eyebrows she is the best but this new lady I think she messed me up so bad I’m embarrassed to walk around with this on my face

I have gone here a few time and spent quite a bit of money because I bring my daughters with me. The last 2 times I have gone I left disappointed, I came in with a picture of what I wanted and I asked before hand, can you do this? I was told yes, yes.. sit. What I ended up with looks nothing like the picture and looks like a 3 year old did my nails. I did say this is not good and all I got was a sorry not even an attempt to make it right. I paid and left and now have to find a place to fix them. I will not go back.

They have the rudest lady working there her name is Kiki, she is not friendly she laughed at me wen the lady messed up on my eyebrows. Apparently they practice making the customer have the worst possible experience. And that's not cool I really used to like to go there. Now I will never go there again thanks to Kiki and I will make sure none of my family goes there either I'll pray for u kiki
